Southern Railway Scouts and Guides Quota Recruitment Age Limit:
The age limit for Southern Railway Scouts and Guides Quota Recruitment 2022 is set as per the table given below:

Southern Railway Scouts and Guides Quota Recruitment 2022: Qualification Required

(b) Must have been an active Scout for at least five years. (c) Must have attended two events at the National level or at the level of the All Indian Railways and two at the State level. |

Southern Railway Scouts and Guides Quota Recruitment Examination Fees:
- For UR & OBC candidates:- Rs. 500/- (Rs. 400/- to be refunded on appearing examination)
- For SC/ST / Ex-serviceman / PWDs / Female / Transgender / Minorities / Economically Backward Classes:- Rs. 250/- (Total amount to be refunded on appearing examination)
Applicants must pay the prescribed fee either in the form of a Demand Draft (DD) or Indian Postal Order (IPO), drawn in favour of Chairman / RRC / Chennai payable at Chennai.

Southern Railway Scouts and Guides Quota Recruitment 2022: Selection Process
Section of candidates will be done on the basis of total marks secured by the candidates in written examination and marks acquired on the basis of certificates. The breakout of marks will be as follows: Written Test – 60 Marks and Marks on Certificate – 40 Marks.
Medical Examination: It will be necessary for candidates recommended for appointment to have a Medical classification of Bee Two and above in order to be identified for this position by the Southern Railway / ICF Administration.

- Applicants should ensure that they fulfill all eligibility requirements before submitting their applications in response to the notification.
- Applicants are required to paste a passport-sized photograph in Scout/Guide uniform (not older than a month old) into the space specified on the application form.
- Applicants must submit self-attested Photostats of certificates supporting Age, Community, Educational Qualifications, Scouting Qualifications, etc. In addition, the application form should be accompanied by an original Indian Postal Order / Demand Draft or any other necessary proof of claiming fee exemption, etc.
- Applicants must mail their applications in the prescribed format, complete in all respects, along with all attachments to the address below, in an envelope, duly super-scribed
