IRCTC Apprentices Recruitment 2022 Education Qualification:
- The candidate must have passed matriculation with no less than 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized board.
- An ITI certificate from an institution affiliated with the NCVT/SCVT is required in COPA trade.
IRCTC Apprentices Recruitment 2022: Selection Process
- Applicants will be selected according to the merit list compiled from percentage marks obtained in the matriculation examination. If the marking system is based on grades, then the average will be calculated based on the highest and lowest marks.
- In the event that two applicants have equal marks, the applicant with the older age will be given preference. In case both candidates have the same date of birth, the applicants who passed their matriculation exam sooner shall be considered first. Written tests and vivas will not be conducted.
- Verification of original testimonials would be required for final selection of applicants.
- Schedules will be communicated via email only. Applicants are advised to be prepared to report to the concerned office at short notice for documentation/certificate verification.
IRCTC Apprentices Recruitment 2022 Remuneration/Stipend:
Apprentices selected for training will receive a stipend at the following rate in accordance with existing regulations.
