GMRC Recruitment 2022 Pay Scale:

Selected candidates will get a salary as per the following structure – Parent dept. pay plus deputation and other allowances as per GMRCL policy.

GMRC Recruitment 2022: Education Qualification/Experience

For the Post of Executive Director (Civil)

Educational Qualification: Civil Engineering (Civil) Bachelor’s Degree from a government-recognized institution.
Experience Required: Presently employed in the SAG or equivalent scale of a public sector organization, with a track record of minimum 22 years’ experience as a Group-A officer or equivalent scale in a railways or metro rail corporation, and currently working in a functional SAG or higher scale. With at least 5 years of experience planning, designing and constructing large scale multidisciplinary railway projects, including construction of bridges, underground tunnels, track civil work and contract administration, as well as procurement, candidates should have experience planning, designing, building and managing large scale multidisciplinary railway projects, ideally in urban environments such as metro/MRTS, which includes experience in land acquisition and rehabilitation and resettlement.

For the Post of Executive Director (Systems)

Education Qualification: Graduate with a Bachelor of Engineering degree (Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics & Communications) from a government-recognized college or university.
Experience Required: Presently employed in the SAG or equivalent scale of a public sector organization, with a track record of minimum 22 years’ experience as a Group-A officer or equivalent scale in a railways or metro rail corporation, and currently working in a functional SAG or higher scale. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Metro Rail Rolling Stock or Railway Electrification/Traction/Signaling & Telecommunications within Railways/MRTS is required. As part of the MRTS project planning, tender document preparation, and bidding process, the candidate should have extensive knowledge of all phases.
